Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your login credentials, uploaded files, downloaded outputs, credit usage, and activity under your FileFixer AI account. Keep your account details secure and contact support if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Acceptable Use
You may use FileFixer AI to process files that you own, are allowed to process, or have permission to convert, compress, resize, crop, summarize, or rewrite. The service is intended for lawful personal, business, document, image, and career file tasks.
Prohibited Uploads
Do not upload illegal content, malware, stolen files, files that infringe intellectual property rights, highly sensitive regulated data, passwords, payment card data, medical records, government IDs, or content you are not authorized to process.
Automated Processing Disclaimer
FileFixer AI is a self-service utility website. Files are processed automatically and are not manually reviewed as part of normal operation. Automated systems may reject unsupported files, unsafe content, oversized batches, or requests outside available tool limits.
No Perfect Output Guarantee
We do not guarantee perfect conversion, compression, resizing, cropping, summarization, rewriting, formatting, color accuracy, transparency handling, metadata handling, or file size reduction. Always review output files before using or sharing them.
File Corruption And Failed Jobs
Some files may be corrupted, encrypted, unsupported, too large, or otherwise impossible to process. If a job fails before output generation, reserved credits will be released back to your account automatically.
File Retention And Deletion
Uploaded files and generated results are automatically deleted after the stated retention period. Free job files are deleted after 24 hours. Paid results stay available in your dashboard for 7 days.
Credit Usage And Payment Rules
Log in to process files and manage downloads. Free accounts are refilled to 5 credits each day. Jobs require enough credits before processing starts. Credits are reserved while the job runs and consumed after successful output generation. Purchases are processed by Stripe and purchased credits are granted once per successful payment event.
Reward Credits
The Pro Credit Pack and Power Credit Pack first-purchase pack bonuses apply only when the selected pack is the user's first paid purchase. Starter does not include a pack bonus. Later Pro or Power purchases add paid credits only. Pro and Power pack bonus credits do not expire and are used like regular credits.
Bonus Credit Limits
Referral rewards are promotion bonus credits. They are calculated from paid credits only and are awarded to the referrer only after the referred friend completes a paid credit purchase. Free credits, daily credits, promotional credits, admin credits, and pack bonus credits are not included in referral calculations. Referral promotion bonus credits expire after 30 days. Bonus credits cannot be refunded, transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or converted into paid credits. If a payment is refunded, disputed, or charged back, any related bonus credits may be removed or reversed.
Reward Abuse Protection
FileFixer AI may withhold, cancel, or remove bonus credits in cases of suspected abuse, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, refund abuse, dispute abuse, chargeback abuse, or system misuse. FileFixer AI may update or withdraw promotional reward offers at any time, but already purchased paid credits remain unaffected.
Service Availability
We aim to keep FileFixer AI available, but the service may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, browser issues, unsupported files, network failures, abuse prevention, or system limits.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, FileFixer AI and AF Niche are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or damages caused by use of the service, uploaded content, downloaded outputs, or unavailable features.
Misuse And Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if an account is used for abuse, illegal activity, prohibited uploads, payment fraud, attempts to bypass limits, or activity that harms the service or other users.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the courts of Hong Kong, unless applicable consumer protection laws require a different venue.
