Payment or credits

Include your account email, Stripe receipt, payment date, and the name shown on your card statement if it differs from FileFixer AI.

Failed job

Include the job ID from your dashboard. Failed jobs release reserved credits automatically before output generation.

File deletion

Free job files are deleted after 24 hours. Paid results stay available in your dashboard for 7 days.

Payment/credit troubleshooting

Duplicate payment events are reviewed against Stripe payment records and corrected where applicable.

Before contacting support
