FileFixer AI is designed for short, automated file jobs. We keep the process clear: upload your file, see the required credits, run the tool, and download the result.
Automated processing
Your file is processed automatically by the selected tool. FileFixer AI is a self-service utility website.
No manual staff review during normal operation
We do not manually review uploaded files as part of normal processing. Support may only use account and job details needed to investigate a question you send us.
Short file retention
Free job files are deleted after 24 hours. Paid results stay available in your dashboard for 7 days.
Private download links
Generated results are delivered through private download links tied to your job and dashboard access.
Stripe payment processing
Secure card payments are processed by Stripe. FileFixer AI does not store full card numbers.
Sensitive files
Do not upload highly sensitive regulated files, payment card data, passwords, medical records, government IDs, or files you are not authorized to process.
